The character page will be the most useful screen during your adventure. It is worthwhile to take the time to understand it fully.
The character page is divided into 7 sections: character, inventory, spell book, quests, guild, friends, and extras.
This screen tells you about your character’s attributes.
The red button allows you to leave the section and return to the main menu.
The inventory is divided into four zones:
- The list of your objects
- Your equipment, comprising a weapon, body gear, and a magical object
- The description of the object, along with a button that allows you to discard it
- The action button, which allows you to start and stop wearing or using the selected object
You can scroll through the contents of your inventory by sliding your finger from right to left over it.
Your spell book shows the spells available to you, spell upgrade points, spell teaching points, and the description of the spell.
Your character earns 2 upgrade points each time you gain a level of experience. These points allow you to improve your skill at the spell. To use your upgrade points, select the skill you wish to upgrade and click the button on the upper right.
Your character earns one teaching point for every ten levels of experience attained
They allow you to teach a spell of your choice to another player who is a member of your guild.
The action button allows you to use your spell.
Whenever you have more than 6 spells available, you will be able to scroll through your spell book by sliding your finger over it.
The game will offer you many quests to complete, which allow you to acquire objects and gain experience.
The available quests for your level are indicated by a blue icon on the map of the world.
When you arrive at the point indicated on the map, you will find an NPC with a parchment over their head. When you talk to the NPC, they will offer you a quest, which you may then accept or refuse.
You can see the list of your quests in the quest menu, activate a quest by selecting it, or cancel a quest .
Complete the objective of your quest and you will be rewarded.
This screen allows you to interact with members of your guild. See section “Guilds” for more information.
This screen displays the list of characters that you have marked as friends.
You can see whether your friends are online and find information about them, such as their level, position, etc. You can also send them a message (mini-email).
Via this screen you can also access your inbox, where you can read, delete, and reply to messages from other players.
This screen allows you to connect to networks (OpenFeint / Facebook) and to adjust the audio settings.
